2 hour sessions, led by Roz, will be held for 4 Mondays April 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th, 10am-12am. Come with a partner or come alone, pairs will be formed as needed on the day. There is no commitment to attend all the sessions but please put your name on the list if you are interested so that the event can be adequately planned (tables, boards, handouts etc). The format will be very relaxed. As many tables as needed to accommodate attendees will be formed and each table will play one hand. After the one hand is played, all aspects of that hand will be discussed from the bidding, the opening lead, declarer play and defence to conventions/methods that might have helped in the process. The group will talk about anything that pops up (said the actress to the bishop) and, within reason, go wherever the discussion leads. After one hand has been dissected, another is played and so on until the 2 hours is up. If you stay for the afternoon session that day, Roz will be available afterwards to help with any questions you might have about the afternoon�s hands. These sessions are aimed at intermediate & emerging intermediate players who want to develop their general bridge skills. Beginners are very welcome but please be aware that questions relating to beginners lessons might not be answered on the day.
